First, we'll sit down in our 1 on 1 session so we can learn more about you, your life, why you want to get fit and where we fit into the picture. This is where we will do a full body composition analysis for free so we can understand what's going on.
We want to know what we can do to hold you accountable and how we can develop a plan of action to make sure you get fit for good this time.
No matter what you decide, this is a great starting point and you will leave here with some great advice. Expect to spend at least 45 minutes at your 1 on 1 session.
